How Does a Contract Work?

We’ll first work to establish a contract with a defined scope of work and any necessary architectural drawings/images
We’ll then establish start and completion dates together
Contract pricing is based on estimated labor time, cost of supplies, rental of any necessary tools, and delivery/removal charges (if applicable).
Contract pricing is guaranteed within +/-10% range for overage of costs
Contract payments and timing will range between ⅓ and ½ due up at signing, with 1-2 progress payments, and 1 final payment
Final walk through with you and confirmation of satisfaction will be performed at completion of job
